Before I even walked in, I could see all these delicious healthy baked goods in the window.
My mouth was drooling already. I was so tempted to get a slice of cake to bring to work. I would have stood outside longer if it wasn’t so damn cold, so I quickly shuffled inside.
I stood for a good 10 minutes trying to work out what I wanted to eat. Everything just looked so healthy and delicious at the same time.
They also do amazing cold pressed juices.
WHICH DO I PICK? TOO MANY CHOICES.
Oh, sure, just throw in the fact they have chia seed puddings. That makes it a whole lot easier. Thanks a lot.
Anjali got a Lucky Seven – Beetroot, carrot, pineapple, green apple, orange, ginger and lemon.
I eventually made my decision – Dr. Green Love. It was kale, spinach, green apple, coconut and ProGreens Powder. God, I’m like a health machine today.
After some careful consideration, Anjali ordered the Homemade Granola Bowl, which comes with either greek yoghurt or COYO coconut yoghurt, which is dairy free.
It looked absolutely amazing, although there wasn’t much yoghurt on it and she had to eventually ask for a bit more.
I stuck to my eat-as-much-greens-as-possible theme and went for the Egg White Frittata of the Day, which was All Greens, and came with courgette, spinach, spring onion, fennel and asparagus.
So worth the early wake-up. I went to work pretty damn happy. Although I’m not going to pretend that I didn’t have another breakfast once I got to work. Because I did.
